  • As your guide through the remodeling process from start to finish, we take all necessary steps early on to ensure that all trades know their roles in the project and that all necessary permits are applied for well in advance of when they are needed. Attention to detail makes the project run more smoothly and helps prevent delays in completion.
Giving You the “Rules of the Road”
  • The One-Stop Process is designed to ensure that our client’s expectations up-front are clear and measurable. Before work begins, our Project Manager will meet with you to review the Scope o f Work, introduce you to the job’s Project Field Binder, and go over defined start and finish dates. That way, you will know what to expect ahead of time, and you can make sure we’re delivering what we have promised at every step.

Weekly Project Updates

  • Our Project Manager will meet with you weekly regarding the status of your remodeling project, what has been accomplished during the past week and what to expect in the next week. If there are any issues that develop along the way, you’ll know about them before they become larger problems.

Detailed Punch List

  • We give you the opportunity to check our work before completion and to point out any issues that you have with the quality of the remodel. This helps to eliminate unwelcome surprises after the project is finished.

3-Year Warranty

  • Many times, minor issues won’t be obvious upon completion, but will take months or years to reveal themselves. We are confident that you will find our work to be satisfactory in every respect, and to back it up, we offer a three-year warranty on our work. That way, you’ll know that if any unforeseen problems come up after completion, we’ll be back to ensure your total satisfaction.
