Mary Jane and I have been involved, as a customer, in home construction quite a few times. As a result, we realized that the repair and improvements which we anticipated making to our home at the Landings would be quite challenging. Many of the items were small in nature with the largest being the conversion of a screened porch into a garden room. Since we ad been living abroad for several years, we realized the biggest headache that lay ahead was in knowing what firm to call for all the diverse tasks that were ahead. (there were better than 25.) We quickly decided that we needed “1-Stop shopping” or said in another way, we needed someone who could bring all the needed resources to the job in a reasonable period of time. One-Stop Remodeling was chosen and turned out to be the ideal solution whether the task involved the design of the garden room and acquiring the necessary permit or the repair of a decorative window. Scott, you as chief principal in the company were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and very helpful. No job was too small and many of these would have been very irritating for us to pursue without One-Stop Remodeling. Your prices were reasonable and the quality of your tradesmen was high. All in all we want to express our thanks for and outstanding job. We wish you success in your future business.

You may find someone who will do your work for less money, but you won’t find anyone better than Scott Richard’s team at One-Stop Remodeling at providing superior design support and delivering to your expectations. And, I don’t know about you – but I can’t put a price on peace of mind! I give them 5 stars out of 5 – and strongly urge anyone who is considering any renovation work – large or small – to talk with them before choosing your remodeling firm. Great at staying on schedule! Good people on job site!

We’ve had Scott Richards and his able team complete two projects: master bedroom closet and kitchen over the course of the past two years. In both instances we were combining spaces, tearing down walls, adapting existing space to suit our needs.

While we could spend an hour telling you how well they did and how pleased we are, we’ll sum it up in two thoughts: outstanding work and the highest professional integrity.

From the design phase (“we want this – no, we want that – no, better go back to the original”) to the details (“this hinge or that, how about USB outlets”), to the clean up (“everything put back the way it was and the house cleaned”), everything they do is top notch.

Can’t imagine having anyone else do our work. And we’re not finished!

We think the allowance were in line with our final decisions rather than too low causing us to go way over budget. We were extremely pleased with our dealings with Scott, Don, Sharon, Tad and the crew who worked on our job.

Mike did an excellent job. Rhonda was also pleasant, polite and helpful. Scott has everything well-organized and run very efficiently and effectively. Scott’s knowledge and attention to detailed was very much appreciated. I ask a lot of questions and want to know the mechanics as well as the finishing details. I appreciate all the time and effort the staff put into making sure all questions were answered satisfactorily. I love the communications book idea. It helped tremendously. Keep up the excellent work.

One-Stop Remodeling did a great job for us with the extensive remodeling we did in our present home. They were especially helpful in the early stages with the conceptual design and planning. They have an effective system in place for the management of the job, and importantly, for the change-orders that arise. Their supervision was quite helpful, and appreciated.”

Your services are amazing and you have been very patient when I have indecisive moments. I am very excited to see the color palette. It will help me a lot with fabric selection for the furniture. The samples I have found so far were just pieces I liked but I wasn’t sure they were right. So the palette will really help a lot.

Now that we’ve had time to “settle in” to our new kitchen/sunroom we did want to express our appreciation to you entire staff.  Don helped make all the space come into its own “being” and was so helpful when we were overwhelmed with choices.  You crew from Tad, the wrecker to Mike, Bruce, Mark and all the others were professional and friendly to be around as well as working hard.  We’ve enjoyed showing off our new space and everyone is truly amazed at the transformation.  Thanks again for making a vision we didn’t even know about come to realization.

Overwhelmed in joy! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and patience in this process.

FYI: This circuit away from home has been the most challenging that I have experienced. In addition, I return Wednesday night to a semi-wreck of a home with family coming, brother and sister in- law staying overnight with their young lab for Whitley’s birthday party next Saturday. Not to mention 3 grand nieces between 8 months and 4 plus years with parents that will think the house is ?….for little hands and feet. (With the new electronics, if there is a sport event, they will ignore everything negative.) Whitley thinks my family found me under a rock.

I find so much beauty and peace in your work!

Scott, Your time, expertise, and design are what we value. Don’t know the proper terminology to say include it as an over-ride in the cost of the project…just do it.
