You may find someone who will do your work for less money, but you won’t find anyone better than Scott Richard’s team at One-Stop Remodeling at providing superior design support and delivering to your expectations. And, I don’t know about you – but I can’t put a price on peace of mind! I give them 5 stars out of 5 – and strongly urge anyone who is considering any renovation work – large or small – to talk with them before choosing your remodeling firm. You may not select them for one reason or another – but, at a minimum, you’ll enjoy the conversation and will learn a lot in the process.
Mary Jane and I have been involved, as a customer, in home construction quite a few times. As a result, we realized that the repair and improvements which we anticipated making to our home at the Landings would be quite challenging. Many of the items were small in nature with the largest being the conversion of a screened porch into a garden room. Since we ad been living abroad for several years, we realized the biggest headache that lay ahead was in knowing what firm to call for all the diverse tasks that were ahead. (there were better than 25.) We quickly decided that we needed “1-Stop shopping” or said in another way, we needed someone who could bring all the needed resources to the job in a reasonable period of time. One-Stop Remodeling was chosen and turned out to be the ideal solution whether the task involved the design of the garden room and acquiring the necessary permit or the repair of a decorative window. Scott, you as chief principal in the company were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and very helpful. No job was too small and many of these would have been very irritating for us to pursue without One-Stop Remodeling. Your prices were reasonable and the quality of your tradesmen was high. All in all we want to express our thanks for and outstanding job. We wish you success in your future business.

Not to mention 3 grand nieces between 8 months and 4 plus years with parents that will think the house is ?….for little hands and feet. We’ve had Scott Richards and his able team complete two projects: master bedroom closet and kitchen over the course of the past two years. In both instances we were combining spaces, tearing down walls, adapting existing space to suit our needs.
While we could spend an hour telling you how well they did and how pleased we are, we’ll sum it up in two thoughts: outstanding work and the highest professional integrity.
From the design phase (“we want this – no, we want that – no, better go back to the original”) to the details (“this hinge or that, how about USB outlets”), to the clean up (“everything put back the way it was and the house cleaned”), everything they do is top notch.
